How do I get the free gift and free delivery?
Both depend on your country. Delivery is free over a set amount, and orders over a set amount also unlock a free gift, which you choose in the stocking. Delivery options and costs for your country are on our delivery page.
Do screen protectors and cables fit every phone?
Screen protectors are sold by phone model, so choose theirs from the list on the product page. Cables are 1m and come in USB-C or Lightning. iPhone 15 and later and most Android phones use USB-C. iPhone 14 and earlier use Lightning.
Can I personalise a stocking filler?
Yes. Mugs, keyrings, notebooks, FunGrips, necklaces and posters come in Custom Photo (you upload a photo) and Design Your Own (you build it in our designer) versions. See our personalised gifts.
What if I don't know their phone model?
Mugs, keyrings, necklaces, notebooks and tote bags don't need one. An e-gift card is sent by email and lets them choose. To check their model, look under Settings > General > About on an iPhone, or Settings > About phone on Android.
When do I need to order by for Christmas?
Last order dates depend on the delivery option and the country. See our Christmas delivery dates. In the UK, Express takes 1-3 working days and Next Working Day is available when you order before 2pm.
