What's the difference between Custom Photo and Design Your Own?
Custom Photo is for one picture: upload it and we print it as it is. Design Your Own opens our designer on the product page, where you can add several photos, names and text, move them around and preview the result. Both cost the same as our other phone cases.
What photo should I upload?
Use the highest resolution version you have, not one saved from social media. Around 1000 pixels or more on the shortest side prints sharp. Portrait photos fit a phone case best, and keep faces and text away from the very edges.
When should I order personalised gifts for Christmas?
Personalised items are printed to order, so order in good time. Last order dates by country and delivery option are on our Christmas delivery dates page. In the UK, Next Working Day delivery is available if you order before 2pm.
Can I return a personalised gift?
Personalised items are made to your design, so they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Check the preview carefully before you order.
What if I don't know their phone model?
Choose a personalised gift that doesn't need one, such as a mug, keyring, necklace, laptop sleeve, lunchbox or notebook. Or send an e-gift card by email.
Which phones do personalised cases fit?
iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models. Choose the model and case type (Standard, Standard MagSafe, Bumper, Tough or MagSafe Tough) on the product page.
