Which phones do your cases fit?
Our phone cases fit 98+ iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models. Case types are Standard, Bumper, MagSafe, Tough and MagSafe Tough, though not every design has every type. Choose the model on the product page.
What if I don't know their phone model?
Laptop sleeves, tumblers, water bottles, lunchboxes, tees and pencil cases don't need one. An e-gift card is sent by email and lets them choose. To check their model, look under Settings > General > About on an iPhone, or Settings > About phone on Android.
Can I personalise a gift under $50?
Yes. Phone cases, wallet cases, laptop sleeves and lunchboxes come as Custom Photo (you upload a photo) or Design Your Own (you make it in our designer). See our personalised gifts.
How do I get the free gift and free delivery?
Both depend on your country. Delivery is free over a set amount, and orders over a set amount also unlock a free gift, which you choose in the stocking. Delivery options and costs for your country are on our delivery page.
When do I need to order by for Christmas?
Last order dates depend on the delivery option and the country. See our Christmas delivery dates. In the UK, Standard takes 5-7 working days, Express 1-3 working days, and Next Working Day is available when you order before 2pm.
