4 Hobbies to Take Up This Spring

Spring is the season to take up some new hobbies. One thing to make sure of is that the hobby you end up trying is something fun and relaxing. Hobbies are meant to entertain and make you happy and help relieve stress. So, here are some hobbies that you may want to try in Spring 2019!

BULLET JOURNALING

Bullet journaling can be very fun and relaxing. It can be a creative outlet, or it can help someone focus and minimally plan their day. It can help you express your creativity and make your planner the way you want to. You don’t have to use your bullet journal as a daily planner, you can always make one and use it as a regular journal.

PAPER CRAFTING

Paper crafting is making things out of paper. Whether you’re making a simple shape or a complex paper animal, paper crafting can be fun and relaxing for someone. We definitely suggest looking up some inspiration on Pinterest or Google, because paper crafting can seem very vague without some guidance.

SCRAPBOOKING

Scrapbooking is a good way to document important things in your life. Whether you want to just make something for you, or make a scrapbook to document and give to children when they grow up, it can be a very fun hobby. Something similar that we have been seeing recently is memory planning. Basically, it’s scrapbooking in a planner.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography is an awesome hobby that doesn’t take much to start up. Most smartphones nowadays have really good cameras, so you don’t need to invest in an expensive DSLR camera right from the get-go. You can start photographing nature from your backyard, or if you live in the city, city life is always an interesting thing to document.

WRITING

Writing is something that can be very therapeutic, whether it’s creative writing or journaling. Creative writing can be incredibly calming as it lets you get ideas out of your head. When your head is constantly going and worrying, creative writing can let you focus on something and get it all out.
