We really hope you love every Fun Cases item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
We offer 2 options to return an order. You can book a pre-paid label and free collection from your door with Royal Mail, or you can arrange your own return.
Returns cost £3.20, if you use our online label booking service (UK only), which will be deducted from your return total. However, if your item is classed as faulty, this fee will be wavered once the item has been checked. For all faulty items please contact our customer service team on email@example.com, for a faulty authorisation code before sending your return back to us. Any faulty returns that are returned without an authorisation code will NOT be refunded.
If you would like to avoid the return label fee, or you are returning an order from outside of the UK, you are welcome to arrange your own postage back to our warehouse at the address below.
When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order, along with the reason for return.
Please note, we are unable to accept exchanges requested through our pre-paid labels. If an exchange is requested when using our pre-paid label, your order will be refunded less the return fee, and you will need to place another order for the correct item.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Personalised items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable item. If you return a personalised item with our pre-paid return label, you will still be charged.
Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received your refund/exchange.
