Personalisation Terms & Conditions

By placing an order for a personalised product with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products Eligible for Personalisation

Personalisation is available on all products. Printing is offered across our full range, and engraving is available on selected metal necklaces and keyrings.

2. Character Limits

Initials – Maximum of 2 characters. No special characters, emojis, or symbols are permitted. If entered, these will be removed without notice.
Engraving – Maximum of 32 characters.
Custom Photo / Design Your Own – The design is printed exactly as supplied by the customer, with no character limit.

3. Artwork & Mock-ups

A mock-up is shown at the point of order for illustration purposes only. The size, colour, and positioning of personalisation may vary slightly in the final product due to the printing or engraving process.
For custom photo and design your own products, minor variations in size and positioning may occur as part of the human printing process.

4. Accuracy of Details

Personalisation will be produced exactly as entered by the customer at checkout. This includes spelling, capitalisation, punctuation, and spacing.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing the order.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has been placed, no changes or cancellations can be made to personalised items.

6. Returns & Refunds

Personalised products are exempt from our standard returns policy and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty.
If the personalisation matches the details provided by the customer, no replacement will be issued, even if the customer has made an error.

7. Production Times

Personalisation does not add to our usual dispatch times.
