Book a Royal Mail pre-paid label and free doorstep collection. The £3.20 fee is deducted from your refund — and waived on faulty items once we’ve checked them (email hello@funcases.com).

Prefer to skip the fee? Send it back to our warehouse with a note inside — your order number, the name & address on the order, and your reason for return.
