What sizes do the hoodies come in?
Adult hoodies and sweatshirts come in Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and Double Extra Large. Kids hoodies come in XS (age 3-4), S (age 5-6), M (age 7-8), L (age 9-11) and XL (age 12-13). Choose the size, colour and print position on the product page.
Is delivery free on a hoodie or backpack?
It is free over a set amount for your country. International Standard delivery takes 10-14 working days and Express 7-10 working days. The amount and costs for your country are on our delivery page.
What if I don't know their phone model?
Hoodies, sweatshirts and backpacks don't need one. An e-gift card is sent by email and lets them choose. To check their model, look under Settings > General > About on an iPhone, or Settings > About phone on Android.
When do I need to order by for Christmas?
Last order dates depend on the delivery option and the country. See our Christmas delivery dates. In the UK, Express takes 1-3 working days and Next Working Day is available when you order before 2pm.
