What you can withdraw from: Standard (non-personalised) items in our catalogue — phone cases, t-shirts, mugs, totes etc. where you selected a pre-designed product from our shop and didn't add custom initials, text or photos.

What's exempt: The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to items made to your specifications, including:
• Items where you added your initials at checkout (e.g. "AB" personalised on a phone case)
• Custom photo products (where you uploaded your own image)
• Custom name or text products
• Personalised gift sets or anything bespoke-made
These items are made specifically for you and we can't reasonably sell them to another customer. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to them. Your statutory rights for defective items remain unaffected.

Consequences of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Return shipping: You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
