⚠️ Personalised items and gift cards can’t be returned. They are made or issued just for you, so we can only accept them back if they arrive faulty. If you send back a personalised item using a UK label, the return fee is still charged.

Start your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Unused and unopened

Items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. We may refuse a refund on items we can’t resell.

Return postage

UK: the portal gives you a label, and the £3.25 fee is taken off your refund. Outside the UK: there’s no fee, but you arrange and pay for your own postage. The UK fee is waived on faulty items once we have checked them.

No exchanges

We refund your item instead. If you want something different, place a new order.

Keep your receipt

Hold on to your proof of postage until your refund arrives.

How to return

Book your return

Go to the returns portal, find your order and choose the items you’re sending back.

2️⃣

Pack it up

Pack your items securely. UK customers attach the label from the portal.

3️⃣

Send it off

Send it using the details in the portal. Outside the UK, use a tracked service. We refund you once it arrives and has been checked.
