I ordered 3 items, phone grip, poster which I customised and earbuds. All of the items came in different packaging so you would think one of them would be up to standard. No. The earbuds came dirty with dirt on the ear piece and case (I sent the photos to fun cases email and they said they couldn’t see the issue when I directly took a photo of the dirt.
The phone grip came with orange (looks like rust) marks on the legs of the grip and it was sticky on the sides where the photo was stuck on.
The poster (which I customised for my fiancé, so it’s more of a shame) has scratches at the bottom of it. I sent her photos of this asking for a refund, and she stated ‘you used a voucher, so the item cost 0.99 so do u want a replacement instead’. First of all, why should it matter how much it costs, if your customer is saying they want a refund you fulfil it. Second of all, it sounds insulting when you say it in that tone, making it seem like a pound is not worth getting. Just letting you know all 3 items came dirty, with grime, and scratches, so all together it is well worth ‘0.99’ if you must know.
I have been in communication from the day I received these items. This was 5 days ago and I haven’t heard since yesterday as she decides to send one single email then not reply till the day after. I have constantly said I want a refund for all three products and she is refusing to read all my emails at once and fulfil it. Instead, is delaying it on purpose.
